30-Day Service limited warranty policy

The terms “you”, “your”, and “Customer” in these Terms and Conditions refer to you as the customer for whom the Services are being provided. These Terms and Conditions explain Home Assembly Service LLC's Terms to you and your Terms to Home Assembly Service LLC with respect to the Services.

Scope of Warranty

This limited warranty policy covers the workmanship and materials used in the services provided by Home Assembly Services LLC to the customer.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials that cause the service to malfunction or fail to perform as promised.

This limited warranty policy does not cover:

Misuse, Abuse, or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, intentional harm, or failure to care for the item.

Acts of God: Damage caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events beyond human control, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, or floods.

Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from normal use over time.

Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Damage caused by alterations or repairs made by individuals who are not authorized or qualified to do so.

Consumable Items: Items that are intended to be used up or replaced, such as batteries or light bulbs.

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, the customer fill out the claim form [url] within 30 days of discovering the defect. The claim will include proof of service (copy of the invoice) and documentation of the defect (pictures, videos).

Remedies

If a warranty claim is valid, Home Assembly Services LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component or service. Home Assembly Services LLC will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to property.

Limitations

This limited warranty policy herein is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

This limited warranty policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this limited warranty policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
