Appointment policy

The terms “you”, “your”, and “Customer” in these Terms and Conditions refer to you as the customer for whom the Services are being provided. These Terms and Conditions explain Home Assembly Service LLC's Terms to you and your Terms to Home Assembly Service LLC with respect to the Services.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. Late cancellations or rescheduling may result in a $50 fee, a portion of which is contributed as a travel fee to the technician.

Unopened Boxes:

Please keep your item's boxes unopened until the technician arrives. The technician may be able to provide spare parts if available. If there is a risk of liability due to the item not being able to be installed or assembled safely, the technician may request to reschedule the appointment. Our technicians can also assist you with troubleshooting specific issues and can help you order any necessary replacement parts.

Haul-Away and Moving Services

If your item needs to be moved to the room of your choice, we offer a white-glove moving service. A fee will be added to your invoice based on the amount of labor and load required. Please request this service during the appointment scheduling process or before the appointment date.

Gratuity

Customers are welcome to offer a gratuity to the technician as a token of appreciation for their services.

Payment Processing

Home Assembly Services will securely process your payment through our system. This ensures that technicians are paid legally and efficiently.

Additional Services

If you require any services beyond the initial quote, please inform either our Customer Service Team or the technician directly. The additional service will be added to your invoice and covered by our warranty policy.
